Carol A. Mcintyre
Carol A. McIntyre is an author and instructor from Philadelphia who strives to create paintings that provide a different perspective to inspire conversation. Carol considers herself a truth teller and visual communicator who is motivated to encourage you to see the mystery of the world. She loves teaching others to be artists. Carol wrote and published the book Painting My Passion: An Artist's Journey with the Women of the West, and is especially passionate about inspiring and empowering others to live up to their potential - particularly women. Carol began her adult life in a completely different career but traded in her business suits for an artist smock when she was thirty-six. Carol served as the President of the Minnesota Watercolor Society from 1992 to 1994 and in 2004, founded and curated the Celebrate 22 Miles! exhibition held at the Edina Art Center.
